Jeff Owen is a co-owner of AIM Therapy and a Certified Athletic Therapist. Jeff started treating seniors in 2016 after working with Edmonton's CFL team and youth athletes. This followed Jeff's Athletic Therapy studies at MRU and his Kinesiology degree at the U of C. Jeff integrates skills from his MSc in Medical Education and from teaching at MRU to empower patients as they recover from injury.

Jeff specialized in Athletic Therapy during his Kinesiology degree at the U of C and he has also worked with Edmonton’s CFL team. Jeff has frequently worked with high performance athletes and he has been treating seniors since 2017. As a former pitcher, Jeff has a special interest in assessing and rehabilitating shoulder injuries.
Heidi is a Certified Athletic Therapist dedicated to helping you thrive doing what you love! Heidi’s experience helping a variety of athletes including performing artists and wrestlers during her studies at MRU, combined with her recent rugby and hockey field experience, helps her to develop creative and individualized plans that can support you in achieving your specific movement goals!
Jill loves to help people and show how an Athletic Therapy treatment will benefit them. The joy Jill has experienced as a runner, canoeist, and windsurf instructor inspires her to help people perform the activities in their daily lives that are especially meaningful to them. Jill is creative and loves to come up with innovative strategies that enable you to feel better. Jill looks forward to helping you live your best life.
Joel has worked with a variety of sports including hockey, football, and rugby since graduating from the MRU Athletic Therapy Program in 2020. Joel strives to meet the diverse needs of his patients while helping people visualize and achieve their goals. Joel has enjoyed seeing people experience enhanced quality of life through his care. Joel can improve your mobility through a tailored plan that addresses your needs.
Kristen earned her Kinesiology degree at the University of Alberta's Augustana Campus before completing her post-graduate studies in Athletic Therapy at MRU in 2019. Kristen has provided care for a variety of sports from soccer to karate and she especially loves box lacrosse. Through gentle forms of manual therapy and physical education, Kristen can help you accomplish your mobility goals.
Ulkar is an Osteopath and a Certified Athletic Therapist. Ulkar’s love of sports led her to study Athletic Therapy at MRU after earning her Kinesiology degree from McGill University in 2014. Ulkar's extensive training as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner enables her to use manual techniques and exercise that can help you move better, feel better, and carry out your goals pain-free.
